Tabbed Browsing for IE6!!!
Yay public pressure!
In response to the public outcry to add tabs to Internet Explorer, Microsoft originally announced that the feature would only be available in version 7, which will probably not be released until 2006 along with the release of their new operating system, codenamed “Longhorn“. However, this week MS announced that tabs are now available in the current version of IE6. Although you have to download the MSN Search Toolbar in order to use it, you can now utilize tabbed browser windows in IE6! No need to sit in the corner and pout until Longhorn arrives. Finally we can do an oranges to oranges comparison between IE and Firefox! Let browser wars commence (again).
